About Supercute Teepee Parties
Supercute Yard Cards has been bringing joy and positivity to the Farmington Valley since July 2020. We were so pleased to participate in adorable and heartfelt celebrations. We now offer Teepee Parties. If you are on social media, you know teepee parties are all the rage and they are a great fit with our Supercute Yard Cards. How do I incorporate a Teepee rental?
Use these whimsical, photogenic teepees to kick up your birthday party game, host a small Best Friends sleepover, set up a Family Pretend Nights and go indoor camping! Watch your favorite Family Movies from the comfort and privacy of your own fairy-lit teepee.
How do I book?
Contact Dee at (860)899-9494 with your party date. We will send you an intake form. We will set up a date/time to discuss.
How does it work?
Each Supercute Teepee Party starts with a VISION! Supercute Teepee Parties will bring your vision to life with as much detail as you want. Party favors, party bags, lighting, backdrops. Not sure what you want? That's OK, we can brainstorm and discuss it with you. We can provide you with a vision board to help you picture what the party elements will look like.

Once we agree, you will receive a proposal and a contract to sign.

When we receive the contract and your deposit, you are booked.

You provide a large, clean space for the party.

We do all the work! Our installation team comes to you on the day of the event, sets up the teepees, and fully styles the party based on your theme, All you do is enjoy! We return the next day and retrieve our equipment...

Pricing Policy for Teepee Party Rentals

Pricing does not include taxes.

Payment Schedule:

50% of event cost is due at the time of booking.
-
Remaining 50% of event cost is due at the time that the set-up is complete.

An additional $150 refundable deposit is due when our set-up is complete.
-
This deposit is fully refundable if the equipment is undamaged.

Damaged equipment will be charged at cost. The cost of the damaged equipment will be subtracted from the refundable deposit.

Event cancellations:
-
100% refund if cancelled 21 days prior to the event date.
-
50% refund if cancelled between 8 and 20 days prior to the event date.
-
No refund if cancelled within 7 days prior to the event date.

Rescheduled events are not eligible for refund, unless the event is rescheduled at least 21 days prior to the event date.
